Melodi Bell was an absolutely superb realtor. She held open houses, organized advertising, and did everything to sell our house as quickly as possible and at the highest possible price in a very down market. Our house was a very modest tract house, and yet she treated us as if we were selling a very pricey mansion. I can't imagine that she worked less energetically for us that she does for her more well stellar properties. She did everything we asked of her and with much grace and aplomb. When we did get an offer we could accept, she found herself having to do not only our part of the sale, but also much of the buyer's part of the sale. Their agent was incompetent in the extreme, and Melodi had to do much of her work as well. I rather chafed at having to give the other agent half of the commission because he/she did practically nothing and Melodi did everything. She made a very difficult time for us pleasant and easy. I can't recommend her highly enough. She is, quite simply, superb at what she does.
